Benjamin Fifita Makisi is one of New Zealand's finest Tenors and performs as a special guest artist for Operatunity wherever possible. He is continuing his career in opera internationally, singing recently with Opera Australia and with NZ Opera.
Orene Tiai is a young Samoan baritone based in Wellington who was a recipient of the Bel Canto Scholarship and finalist in the Wellington Aria competition in 2007 & 2008. Roles include First Priest/Aeoulus in King Arthur, Herman/Schlemil in Tales of Hoffman abd Lord Mountaratat in Lolanthe.
